Preço de martelo:
O preço de martelo é correspondente à licitação vencedora para um item em leilão, independentemente de o lance ter sido feito (A) durante o leilão presencial, (B) antes do leilão (lance ausente), ou (C) após o término do leilão, se o lote não foi vendido durante o leilão (pós-leilão). É o preço que o leiloeiro (a pessoa que gere o leilão) bate o martelo no bloco/suporte de madeira, sinalizando a venda do item. Isso é referente ao lance mais alto recebido pelo item, determinando o preço de venda.
O preço de martelo não inclui a comissão de comprador ou quaisquer outros custos adicionais que possam ser aplicados, como frete ou impostos.
